Competencies
In order to be a successful CRA, certain competencies are essential. We therefore focus on your level of these competencies in the selection process and during the traineeship, we fhelp you to develop these competencies to your best potential.
CRA competencies:
Interpersonal competencies
Communication: Communicates in a way that ensures that the essence of the message is understood by others (both verbally and written).
Impact: Convinces, influences or impresses others, in alignment with formal and informal relationships, positions and interests of others, in order to get them to accept a position, recommendation or opinion.
Independence: The ability to work alone, conscientiously and unsupervised. Taking responsibility for tasks. Coping with demands, changes and complications.
Managerial competencies
Planning and organising: Determines goals effectively and give structure to the work to be performed aimed at efficient use of the available time, means and people, now and in the future.
Problem solving: Recognises (potential) problems and obstacles, solves these alone or with others.
Professional competencies
Accuracy: Works with care and punctuality, makes sure no mistakes are made, is precise and has eye for detail.
Commercial competencies
Client focus & understanding: Responds to clients’ questions and needs in a friendly and polite manner and keeps a keen eye on customer satisfaction.
