Electronic assessment

So, the first hurdle has been taken, your CV has been accepted for the traineeship and now we’d like to understand you a bit more.

Not only are we interested in your past experiences and education, we also want to assess whether you realize what type of job position you applying for.

Our electronic assessment is meant for us to have an understanding of your motivation and the role you are applying for. Our Talent Coordinators are responsible for handing out and assessing your answers to our questions.

Without giving too much away, during this selection step we will ask specific questions about clinical research and the job you are applying for. We will also ask questions about your motivation regarding applying for the job.

You will receive a timeframe in which to complete the assessment.Shortly thereafter you will hear from the Talent Coordinator whether you have been invited for the next step in the selection process.
