Gerard Bakker
Gerard Bakker established the Beneficial Transformation Centre (BTC) in 1995, which focuses on training in interpersonal communication for organizations and the creation of synergy.
Trainings in role skills like Project Management, Line, Account and Education Management are a logical consequence of that focus. Training in Personal Skills like Consultancy Skills, Presentation Techniques, Negotiation Techniques, Train-the-trainer and Coaching are also part of the curriculum.
With his background in ICT and Psychology, Gerard offers a unique combination of knowledge and experience. he has been in these roles and therefore applied all the personal skills in earlier jobs with leading companies in the industry and in business service organizations.
In co-operation with DOCS CRAcademy, he developed the training Project Management for the ‘Healthcare Industry’.
DOCS CRAcademy provides the market knowledge and the practical application, while BTC provides the methodology part of Project Management and the matching Skills.
