CRAcademy has developed a competency-based learning method with a focus on reflection and personal development.
While continually focusing on developing job-specific competencies, you will be learning to perform the job-specific activities, so that you can be productive at the same time. What better way to become successful in your job then learning by doing!
Selection
During the Selection process, our Talent Coordinators focus on identifying the inherent competencies of each candidate and help them to match those competencies to the traineeships we offer in clinical research.
Module 1: Classroom Training
Each traineeship is started with a classroom training in order to develop theoretical knowledge which is needed to perform your job. We pride ourselves in providing training sessions which are not only focused on giving you knowledge, but also the ability to apply that knowledge in your chosen job. No boring one-way flow of information, you will be challenged to apply the knowledge right on the spot with practical exercises and teamwork.
Module 2: Hands-on Traineeship
At CRAcademy, we speak of modules and components. The components are the building blocks of activities on which your traineeship is built. Each program has mandatory components and desirable components, allowing each trainee to have a custom made traineeship.
The traineeship designed to make sure that you acquire the ‘right’ experience by performing relevant activities. During Module 2, we also provide a coach to help you to develop the necessary competencies which are required in order to be successful and happy in your chosen job. This support is provided through the Clinical Team Managers and the CRAcademy Workbook during the traineeship.
The length of the traineeship can be varied depending on the traineeship package which is offered to you. We will assist you in finding the best one to fit your needs. Our traineeships generally range from three months up until one year.
During the traineeship, a salary is paid to you. Surprised? We feel that you have come this far on your own, it should be up to the clinical research industry to make you feel welcome.
Module 3: Final Exam
CRAcademy performs a final assessment at the end of the traineeship in order to provide you with a certificate of completion.
