Learning method

CRAcademy has developed a competency based learning method with a focus on reflection and personal development. In the same manner that you want your employees to follow your SOPs carefully, they must also be effective when doing so. This is where an individual’s competencies play a role.

Our traineeship program focuses on identifying the inherent competencies of each trainee and stimulating them to develop the necessary competencies of the job they are striving for. This is done through the support of our Clinical Team Managers and the CRAcademy Workbook during the traineeship.

Our Clinical Team Managers offer you and your trainee their structured support during these months, as they work on personal development and assist trainees in acquiring the skills to be a successful Clinical Research professional. This allows you to focus on transferring your knowledge on your core business… performing clinical research.

We can also provide an additional coaching package to ease the load if required. For example, trained coaches are available to explain how to write a Site Visit Report and therefore allowing your team to spend their valuable time on more imminent activities.
