Quality is the driving force of CRAcademy. CRAcademy’s definition of quality is to be at a high degree of excellence with a consistent performance of the training session thereby meeting expectation and requirements of the clients training needs. This is why CRAcademy actively pursues quality control through clear processes, communication and evaluation forms/report.

Communication

For a fluent flow of exchanging information and ideas, CRAcademy has a clear and open process that enables communication. To prevent misunderstanding and miscommunication during or after training, professional agreements are set prior to any cooperation.A proposal with the client is signed and a Service Agreement is agreed upon with the trainer.

How does CRAcademy reach its target group?
Of course by this website, flyers and mailings! Another way of spreading the word of CRAcademy training is via the consultants of DOCS International. The consultants are at conferences, meetings with clients, etc.

Evaluation

On the evaluation forms the participant of the specific training can give their ratings and comments. The structure of the form reflects the training session (per module and the entire training), the trainer (s), the group, the facilities, etc.

At the end of the training the CRAcademy host requests the candidates to fill in the evaluation form. These forms will be processed and summarized in an evaluation report for the client and trainer(s). The evaluation can clarify and indicate points for improvement for CRAcademy training session. Points of improvement are seriously taken into account within a quality control system.
