At CRAcademy, we know that the selection of the high potentials is critical to our success.
Therefore we have a strict and structured selection process which helps us to recruit highly motivated candidates who are a step above the rest.
Our selection process has been developed in order to select candidates who show aptitude with the competencies which a successful CRA should posses.
Once we have selected the best trainees, you are then welcome to choose your ideal candidate for a traineeship!
