CRAcademy receives a large number of applicants for our traineeship program throughout Europe.
We pride ourselves in identifying and selecting excellent candidates to enter the clinical research industry and gain successful jobs. Why do we have such a thorough selection process? We both need to be certain that a career in clinical research through CRAcademy will be right for you!

The selection process in a nutshell…
After registering on our website the process starts with a CV selection. If you are selected, you will be invited to perform the electronic assessment. This step is mainly in preparation for the phone interview, but be aware, this is a selection step you could be rejected on. If your electronic assessment is positively assessed, you will be invited for a phone interview. During the phone interview our Talent Coordinators will continue to assess your inherent competencies and assess your motivation and drive. Selected candidates are invited to join us during a selection day, where there is a possibility to meet graduated trainees, potential clients and to show us what you have to offer.
