Selection day
The applicants who have been successful in impressing our Talent Coordinators are invited to attend the Selection day for their country.
During this day there is an opportunity to meet a successful CRAcademy trainee, meet some of our sponsors and meet the other applicants who have come this far as well.
Not only do we try to provide all information possible on our traineeships and what you can expect, your wil also receive information about career possibilities within Clinical Research and information about drug development. We are also there to select the best candidates for our traineeship. Therefore, candidates who have made it to the selection day are assessed carefully in order to select the top candidates for the traineeship.
The day consists of several activities, such as:
- Interview
- Presentation
- Group exercise
- Prioritising exercise
After this Selection day, our Assessors decide who the best candidates are to join our traineeship. These individuals are invited to join Module 1 of the traineeship program and at that point we will start to present you to our sponsors for a traineeship placement.
