Traineeship programs
CRAcademy has designed and implemented a traineeship program in order to develop high potential candidates into successful clinical research professionals. The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Traineeship is the first program which we have developed. Other traineeship programs which are under development are in the following disciplines: Regulatory Affairs, Project Manager, Data Manager, International CRA, Clinical Trial Associate and more.
Our proven and effective method of combining profession-specific activities with competency based personal development is applied to all our traineeship programs.
Each traineeship program is a built up in modules and components, each representing essential knowledge or skills which are specific to the profession at hand.
